Completely remodeled, stylishly decorated and well-equipped, your home-away-from-home has everything you need for the perfect Fort Lauderdale retreat. The home features private entrances, parking for four cars, and 2 large private patio spaces. Sleeps 12.

The space
This band new 2,400 square foot two-story duplex was just fully remodeled inside and out with a spacious and open floor plan and private outdoor oasis on both sides. The townhouses are identical in layout and size. In each townhouse, two large bedrooms are located upstairs. The huge master bedrooms have a king size bed and private bathroom, while the second spacious bedrooms have a queen size bed and large shared bathroom with double sinks.

Downstairs hosts a modern kitchen with an island and large dining space to enjoy your family gatherings, along with a living room and bar area fitted with a 55 inch Smart TV on one side and a 70 inch Smart TV on the other. A third full bathroom with shower, as well as a brand new washer and dryer is also located downstairs. There is a queen size blowup mattress available on both sides, making each townhouse comfortable to sleep 6 guests (12 total).

- Self Check-In (after 4PM) and check-out (by 11AM) anytime with digital keypad entry. Early check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee.

Additional Rules and Guidelines:

- STRICT: booking guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve residence and must be on premise for entire stay.

- STRICT: Party and Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties or loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required. This is a private residential neighborhood and no partying of any level will be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave premises.

- Absolutely NO smoking inside home. A $250 fine will apply if unit smells of smoke.
