Whether you’re on a business trip or taking a break from the grind, you’ll find peace and tranquility in our luxurious townhouse in Pompano Beach. The 1400+ sqft townhouse is a private, spacious 2-bedroom / 2.5-bath (total 7 beds that sleep 9 people), large and opening living/dining area. It is also private, very clean, and filled with light, amenities, and gadgets. You'll never imagine the glamour and dramatic decor inside until you enter. Fascinating and pleasant modern decor with plenty of space. A great find, and a ten block easy walk or 2 minute drive to the beach.

Nice experience

Very nice experience. Clean, well stocked with essentials, and very responsive hosts. The beds were very new and comfortable, which was a huge positive. The space is well laid out and functional with small children. Our only constructive feedback is to tone down the signage to guests, the number of locked cabinets, and to seek better maintenance of the common pool (needed water and cleaning), roof (we had a leak in the bathroom from roof), and common areas outside(cluttered and unkept). That aside, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Nice place, with some opportunities for improvement

The condo is very nice and the most well appointed I have ever rented. They had flat iron, shaving lotion, paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, laundry detergent and more. The one thing that we thought was missing is outdoor glasses. We didn’t want to take glass to the pool. We agreed with one of the previous reviews that all of the signs and the locks on the kitchen cabinets made us feel unwelcome. On the first day we experienced issues with no towels in the condo and no sheets on the bed in the master bedroom. The TV in the main living area, has a permanent black shadow down the one side. Probably time for a new TV. The bikes were adequate. And they had a pump that allowed us to fill up the tires. Some tools would be nice because we wanted to tighten the bike handles. Bike locks were also provided. Pool area was disappointing. The pool and deck area was not kept clean. We wanted to use the table but it was disgusting. Access to the pool is also a challenge. To go from the condo, you have to go up the staircase through the bedroom and back down another spiral staircase. Alternately you had to go around the front gate with a key through a second gate also with a key. And we only had one key, so we were two couples you had a yell to get the other person to come and open the gate. It was actually quite inconvenient! Also the barbeque is one that requires bricks and lighter fluid (which are provided) but we were not comfortable using. There is another barbeque there but it belongs to one of the other owners. We did have a few complaints, and I will say that they absolutely made everything right. Our primary contact was Oscar, and he was wonderful. He recommended places to go, things to do with directions and websites and everything. While I would recommend staying here, I would make you aware that the circular staircase is quite steep and would challenge anyone with balance issues. I know my 82-year-old mother would not have been able to do those stairs and she’s in good health.

The property is relatively small, residential and is very welcoming to out of town guests. Whereas hotels and other large condo complexes are hectic and over crowded due to their demand and ability to host a larger number of people. Its small size made parking and the ability to come and go with ease.

Jimmy the owner was very polite....but....you felt as if you're being watched at all times. Cabinets had locks on almost everything. Entry door was controlled by proprietor and we initially had lots of issues. I feel that if a rental property is that closely watched than perhaps a person should not be in the rental business!!

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed this townhome. It was clean and everything we hoped. The communication with the owners was wonderful. They even left birthday balloons for my daughter’s birthday! Would highly recommend!

Great Communication and a Wonderful Vacation Place

I was hesitant to book this amazing rental due to very few reviews at the time but I'm definitely glad that I decided to try it out. The owner Jimmy and the team at Florida Holiday Rental were very attentive and communicative. They provided excellent customer service throughout the whole rental period. During our stay we had an issue with a water leak from an A/C unit on the roof with a substantial drip in the master bedroom. They were super helpful to remedy the situation and even without us requesting it offered to refund us 1 night on our bill due to the leak. The property itself was clean and well maintained and the pool and location to Pompano Beach Pier was perfect for our 8 day family vacation. Jimmy and the team at Florida Holiday Rental allowed us to check in early since there wasn't anyone staying in the house before us which really helped us out since we had an early flight to Florida. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again when we make it back to South Florida.
