House rules:

1. No loud music
2. No parties
3. Please check out by 11am, if you check out later, we reserve the right to charge $50 for every 30 minutes past 11am.
4. All pets must be listed at reservation and we charge $65 at time of booking. Should a pet be in the home without a paid reservation or prior permission from owner, we reserve the right to charge a $100 pet cleanup surcharge after checkout. Service animals are always welcome and at no charge. You must pick up after your pets at all times.
5. This property is a 2 unit duplex; please be respectable to the connecting neighboring unit. Each unit has it's own private entrance & yard, but please keep in mind the properties are connected. (The only shared space is the driveway area).
