Great beachfront home!

My family and I visited Fort Lauderdale for my Doctoral graduation ceremony and we stayed in this property for 3 nights. It was an awesome experience and excellent stay!

Fantastic Location

What a great spot. On the beach, close to the boardwalk and downtown Hollywood. Short drive to Fort Lauderdale or little longer to Miami. House was great setup for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Host was very friendly and stayed in touch throughout our stay.

Great house

The house was wonderful; loved the open layout of big kitchen, dining, and living room — all with a fabulous ocean view. Plenty of beach chairs, and beach was not crowded at all. Great bike/ walking path that we biked up to the Hollywood broadwalk every day ( bikes were provided!). 2great restaurants within very close walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with, truly a pleasure to be at this house!

Great place for Thanksgiving

We had a family reunion and Thanksgiving together. This was the primary, spacious rental home. Can’t beat the location. Well appointed in terms of beach items. Kitchen has a variety of utensils and stove is in need of repair or replacement. Furniture is new and comfortable. Lots of privacy.

The property was as described: terrific location right on the ocean, with several amenities. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owners stellar throughout the process. A few issues that arose onsite were resolved quickly. Rooms were clean; however, the property as a whole is probably due for an overhaul which is to be expected with heavy use. Great for multiple guests/families. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, great updated kitchen area, ample beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. which really made for a great beach experience.

Good beach location

All in all this house served it’s purpose for our group. Was 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The beach is right out the front door which was perfect for our beach loving family. For sure some TLC is needed on this property but it didn’t affect our happiness while here.

Wife’s milestone Birthday celebration

This very large and spacious home is in an amazing location. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. We ran into an air conditioner problem, and it had to be replaced while we were there. Rocky, the property manager, was spot on and very attentive to the situation. It was fixed within a day and our Saturday birthday celebration went off without a hitch. With a home so close to the ocean, the property gets much sea spray and salt and things wear quickly, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. The incredible view of the Atlantic and the boardwalk access immediately in front of the property are a big asset for this home. I spent my youth on this beach, so I really appreciate the area. The hosts are very gracious, and they allowed us to invite a small group of friends to join our family for an afternoon party at the beach. Some great memories were made that weekend at the North Beach house!

Sisters retreat

The home is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean, just like in the picture. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The huge sofa was a wonderful place to visit and we watched a great movie on the huge TV in front of the sofa. As they said in the write up, the house is "steps" from the beach - maybe 20 steps! Walking the beach is great fun and you can go forever. Rocky is very easy to contact and when we found that there were no washcloths or kitchen towels he supplied them within hours. The air-conditioning worked and we highly recommend this home for groups. It was worth the price.

Greatly Exceeded Expectations

We had an exceptional experience with our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very impressed. The property is very spacious and the location is absolutely perfect. You are steps away from the beach, breathtaking views of the ocean, close to restaurants and a Publix. The host was very accommodating and communicated throughout the entire process and made it very easy. I highly recommend this property. Will I stay here again??? Absolutely!!!

Perfect beachfront property

We can’t say enough positive raves about our stay at this beachfront property. The house was spacious, even for 12 people, and the kitchen and amenities were ideal. We appreciated the games, bicycles, and extra chairs and tables in the garage, and used the grill, hot tub, and dining area under the gazebo. The house even withstood a huge storm during our stay without any issues. Rocky was always responsive and the perfect host. We look forward to returning next time!

What a fabulous house!!

It’s beautiful on the inside and better on the outside. The location is spectacular! Head out the front door and your feet are in the sand in about 30 seconds. When you come up the stairs for the first time (and every morning!) and walk into the living room, the ocean is right there. It’s breathtaking! The deck is so awesome with the sights, sounds, smells of the ocean. You never have to leave the house to have a spectacular vacation. We hardly did! But if you do decide to leave, it’s close to great restaurants, the big Hollywood public beach and The Broadwalk. We happened to be a group of “older” people, all over 60. It was perfect for us. Would really be a fantastic place for all ages. There are lots of toys in the garage. It was the vacation spot of a lifetime. Cannot wait to come back.

Great stay for family and easy drive to Disney

This property is great for a family with small children. Has everything that you’d need for a stay and close to Publix/CVS for anything you’d forget. Super easy drive to the parks which is a huge plus.
