The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa (sufficient space for the family to watch a movie together), an accent chair, a beanbag, a small pouf, and large intelligent television. Located immediately next to the living room is the formal dining room with seats for 6, in front of a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a top counter for 3 people.
