Cozy Corner Beach Apartment

This cozy corner apartment is just seconds to the famous Hollywood Broadwalk & warm beach.
Private, quite apartment has ample naturally light with corner windows and everything you need to enjoy the beach; beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels.
Located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, walking distance to everything.

The space in your apartment is only for you. No one has access and no one else will enter during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping to offer you the best rate possible. However, if something happens and you need our help please send us a message and we'll be sure to help.

Guests has access to their private apartment, the common area around the building to enjoy the lounge chairs, table & chairs to eat outside. There is a parking lot for our guest only (please read more about parking below under “Other Things to Note”).
LAUNDRY ROOM
There is also a laundry room for your use at the rear of the building. Washing machine detergent and bleach is provided. You will need $2 in quarters for each washer & dryer. The key to the laundry room will be inside your apartment hanging on the hook in the kitchen or in one of the kitchen drawer.

Feel free to reach out through your reservation channel and we can & will assist with any needs you may have.

Everything in the neighborhood is in walking distance. The Beach of course, the famous Hollywood Broadwalk, the many restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, sports bars and beach rental supplier for things such as bicycles, skates, buggy’s, etc. to enjoy around the area.

Getting around is super easy... all you have to do is walk to the Broadwalk and start there. Turn right for all the action, restaurants, bars and shops.
Want it quieter and more peaceful, turn left on the Broadwalk and stroll down a few more shops and restaurants, head to the picnic areas and less crowded beach.

HOUSE RULES

Maximum 4 adults. This is a residential building so no big parties or loud noise, you must be respectful of neighbors.

Please Do Not use Bath or Beach Towels to remove makeup or any other stainable product. Towels are for drying off clean water only! A charge of $15 will be added to your bill for each stained or missing towel.

When checking out, apartment should be left clean. No dirty dishes or pots and pans inside cabinets or leaving the apartment trashed.

Not following house rules will result in 100% loss of deposit.
Smoking inside apartment will result in an additional $100 charge to air out, deodorize and block out apartment from being rented to guests until order is removed.

PARKING
In regard to parking you can park in an private assigned parking space at the property for $20 per night.
The other option is street parking with hourly rates of approximately $3 per hour. There are also two different city parking garages just 1-2 blocks South of the apartment with daily rates.
Let us know which you prefer so we can send you additional information about the assigned parking, registering your car and how to pay, if you choose to park at the property. Cars not registered with us can be towed away at owner’s expense; this is to prevent unauthorized people from parking in your parking space.

This quaint little apartment was perfect for me and my husband. Celebrating 33 years of marriage, being within walking distance to the beach, and having our own paking spot was very convenient. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary essentials to make your stay comfortable. Our host, Marco, was always available whenever we had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is as advertised/satisfactory. The real gem is the beach and proximity to the Broadwalk. Now I will say, I always go for a place with an ocean view/balcony. This place did not disappoint. You are actually just steps from the beach...it's real. After vacationing at a high rise, this was so much more pleasant. We had everything we needed without the hassle of elevators, parking garages, fobs, etc. I give a thumbs up to this property and the entire area.

Perfect getaway

This precious little spot exceeded our expectations! Quiet, yet still has access to everything we need, with the beach being steps away from our front door. The condo itself had space for all three of us girls and the cozy corner was warmed up with a nice beach vibe. Marco was amazing! We original had booked a different place that was not up to par upon our arrival and he was able to quickly get us in and situated in no time flat. He truly came to the rescue and made sure our stay was exceptional! The location, the price, and the quality cannot be beat! I highly encourage you to come check out Laguna Blu Beach condos! You will be pleasant surprised and surely be return customers like we plan to be! Thanks Marco!

Great location, steps from the boardwalk and ocean. The lodging did not meet expectations. Not clean, small bathroom, poor water pressure, kitchen was not very well stocked, dishes, silverware and hard surfaces were not clean, TVs did not respond to remotes in a timely manner.

Great location needs some TLC

Because of bad weather spent too much time in apartment. Owner has two different TV's with different menus which was a pain. One of them did not work that good. No cable TV so you need to use your own internet based programs. Toilet seat had burn mark on lid. Shower floor had staining that could have be cleaned better. The walls through out could use another coat of paint and the bathroom vent area needs paint bad. The bathroom sink had the hot water on the right side instead of the left side and is not clearly marked on the handles. The shower knobs were reversed with the cold water knob on the hot water side. The front door was missing a piece of molding and water from rain came in the apartment. The owner does respond and did offer for us to change rooms. So I do think this owner cares. I just want to make sure he addresses these things for future stays. The location is very good and if these things are addressed this will be 5 stars.

Short but sweet!

The apartment was perfect for our stay! Just feet away from the beach, and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I didn't even need to rent a car. We enjoyed live music every night and dined at the Taco Joint, Marriott, Florios, and the Rustic Inn. Marco was excellent with communication and offered several places to visit as well as adventures to explore. We had a great time and will definitely be booking this location again in the future!

Easy check in. Parking onsite. Location pretty much right in the beach easy getting back and forth. Also have beach chairs and umbrellas for your use so you don’t have to rent any or bring your own.

Great Location

The host, Marco, was great. He answered all of our questions promptly and stayed in contact with us as was needed. He was very friendly and accessible with an interest in making sure that we enjoyed our stay. His suggestions regarding the area were key to making the most of our very short visit. The location was wonderful. Just steps to the boardwalk and beach which could easily be seen from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed including a comfortable bed. Everything from shopping to dining to live music was within a relaxing stroll down the boardwalk. We will definitely be back when we have more time to enjoy our stay.
