Rinse off in style with the outdoor surfboard shower, ideal for a quick refresh after hitting the pool or beach. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide replenishment for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Parking is limited to 3 cars in the driveway only. No street parking in front of the house.



➤ Guests can use the bikes at their own risk.



➤ This home is so Smart. Ask it things like: Turn on the pool lights or turn on the back porch lights or turn all lights on or off. Say, “Alexa, play early morning chill music.” Or “Alexa, turn all lights off.” Or “Alexa, turn thermostat to 77”

Dive into the ocean with activities like wakeboarding, waterskiing, surfing, snorkeling, and paddleboarding, or cast a line and enjoy some great fishing. After a day on the water, explore nearby Mizner Park in Bocca for fantastic shopping and dining. Our prime location is perfect for exciting day trips – from the vibrant nightlife of Miami’s South Beach to the unique experiences of the Everglades, and even Disney World or the charm of Key West.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within a short distance! Just a mile's walk away, you'll find Publix grocery store, Starbucks, a drug store, liquor store, Le Petit Bakery, and several casual restaurants. For a slightly longer drive (3-5 miles), you can easily access Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Target, and Super Walmart for all your shopping needs.



Other Things to Note:

➤ We love sharing our home with you! Please note Deerfield Beach requires quiet hours from 9 PM–7 AM, with no parties and no noise heard 30ft away. If you’d like to be a little louder, just bring the fun inside, thank you for helping keep our neighborhood peaceful.



➤The pool features climate control that adjusts according to the weather and seasonal changes.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C with a capable cooling range between 65 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything setting cooler than this range would not only be too cold but could also over burden the system and could cause malfunctions. No guarantees outside the recommended operating range.



➤ NOTE: The pool is only 5 ft deep and SHALLOW. Please NO DIVING.



➤ Please keep an adult responsible for watching children around the pool when children are present. We have pool ALARMS on windows and doors that provide access to the pool. If you have young children, make sure pool alarms are operating with batteries engaged.



➤ Our pool maintenance service ensures your pool is clean every week. In addition, between scheduled pool services, we've provided your space with a pool net for clearing any stray vegetation and an robot pool vacuum for thorough cleaning.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
