The Space:

Welcome to your perfect South Florida retreat, bright, stylish, and designed with families and groups in mind. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath designer home offers modern comfort and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.



Downstairs:

You’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a full bed, en-suite bath, and a cozy futon for added flexibility. Additional bedrooms include one with a queen bed, another with two full beds, and a smaller room with a full bed. The living room offers a comfortable queen fold-out sofa, making it easy to host extra guests.



Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: En-suite to the master bedroom, featuring a stylish vanity and spacious walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 Accessible from the main living area, this family-friendly bath includes a shower/tub combo, long vanity, and large mirror—ideal for shared use.



Upstairs (Optional Upgrade):

A private 1BR/1BA suite located above the home is available as an optional upgrade, based on availability. It includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bed, fold-out couch, and a private balcony with distant water views. When rented together, both units can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests.

Guest Access:

Please note, this home is a duplex. Guests have exclusive access to the entire downstairs level, which includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and the private outdoor pool and lounge space.

The upstairs 1BR/1BA suite is a separate unit with its own private entrance. It includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bed, fold-out couch, and balcony with distant water views. This suite is rented separately and not included with your booking unless arranged as an optional upgrade.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and will not be disturbed by guests in the upstairs suite. The pool, outdoor spaces, and all downstairs amenities are for your private use only.
