For those who love to cook, the well-equipped kitchenette provides all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space for our guests. Our team follows strict cleaning protocols, and we regularly fumigate the property to keep it pest-free. However, due to Florida’s warm climate, high humidity, and the property's proximity to the water, it’s common for local insects, including the occasional roach, to make an appearance—even after our best efforts.



Most of the time, you might find them already deceased as a result of our regular pest control. While this is a rare occurrence, we believe in being transparent. If you’re particularly sensitive to insects and this could impact your stay, we suggest considering another option to ensure your comfort.
