The glass-top dining table seats 4, while the adjoining kitchen offers granite countertops, custom cabinetry, modern appliances, and a peninsula with rattan barstools for morning coffee or casual meals. Tile floors and coastal touches carry throughout the space.



Step outside to the oceanfront outdoor area, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and views from lounge chairs on the artificial turf. A stone pedestal table provides a spot for drinks or outdoor meals, while the grill makes cookouts easy.
