We stayed in a perfect spot on Hollywood beach. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, bar/restaurant, etc…Loved the security of having to use the room key to use the elevator. Would definitely stay here again

Cute Hotel

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. However, I do have some comments. Both the pros and cons of our experience. I hope that the host can see this not as a rant but as constructive feedback. Pros - [ ] Right on the beach - [ ] Room is spacious - [ ] The bed is very comfortable - [ ] Nice balcony - [ ] Rooftop bar - [ ] Room looks modern - [ ] On site dining Cons - [ ] Tv doesn’t work properly, keeps cutting in and out. Image freezes, it like it doesn’t have good internet access. - [ ] Shower door makes a loud banging noise when you close or open it. We have to open it only very partially so that it doesn’t make that noise. Very scary because it’s glass. - [ ] The hotel only offers valet for parking and it is expensive as heck! - [ ] The pool is under construction. - [ ] The resort fees are high despite the pool not being open. - [ ] Valet lost my car keys for over an hour, they could not find my car keys. The car was here just not the keys. - [ ] In room dining doesn’t actually work as advertised. You can’t use the QR code on the menu to order online and have the food delivered. You have to call the roof top restaurant to tell them that you are going to order online and then they instruct you on how to enter your room number. But to get the phone number to call the restaurant, you have to call the front desk. Which took all of 15 minutes for someone to answer.

Great Stay

First time to Hollywood Florida. Location was perfect. Room was clean and just enough for 2. Had dishes for two, coffee cups, wine glass and drinking glasses, bowls, plates and basic silverware. Small coffee maker with expresso machine. We thought it was Keurig from listing. Couldn't find expresso pods for it. We had an easy delivery from Walmart for the few items we wanted to have in room. We were able to walk everywhere we needed including liquor store and coffee shop across the alley which had food as well. Loved our stay. Only drawback was we couldn't ask hotel for extra pillows or blankets because it's a private residence. They also charged us the $35 daily resort fee for first night even though we didn't arrive until 11pm. Would book again.

Right on the strip and amazing building!

My friend and I rented this during spring break. It's right on the Hollywood strip which is perfect since there is tons of restaurants and the beach is right there. We also went on the roof a lot for their bar/restaraunt and pool/hot tub. Gorgeous view too. The room itself was very neat, the wifi on our phone was a bit iffy so we had to use our own data but the computer wifi was perfect but that has something to do with the building owners I assume, not the VRBO owner or a deal breaker at all because we weren't in the room often. I would definitely recommend this spot! My favorite part was the rooftop, I made friends up there too because it is a bar that locals can go to, not just those in the hotel.

Owner prep for renters

All Appliance were unplugged renters should not have to crawl around to plug things in that could unplugged for a reason such as faulted equipment and the Tv should never be unplugged where you can’t even plug it in on wall mounted Tv. No being able to communicate with the owner you should never take it Aponte your self to plug something in that my be broken our need repaired.
