Love the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk? You can’t get much closer to it than these twin units at the Art Deco Beach Bungalows. Here you’ll find 2BR, 2BA, 2 kitchens and 2 living areas (sleeps 8 total). Located one block from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, with the ocean views to prove it!
One of the best features about this bungalow? Two prime parking spots are included in the cost of your rental (valued at $25/night). Simply park in the adjacent private lot and get your vacation started right away - no need to waste precious time scouring for an open spot.
Additional parking spots are available in this lot for $25/night. However, space is extremely limited, so be sure to let us know well in advance if you’d like to purchase a spot.
INSIDE THE BUNGALOWS
These two identical bungalow units are perfect for multi-family vacations and couples getaways – each with their own private entrances, living spaces, and kitchenettes. The units connect via an interior door which can be locked from either side.
Each open-concept bungalow sleeps 4, with 2 queen beds in each, plus leather sofas in both. Looking to get some work done? Settle in at the desk with 2 chairs (free WiFi is also included!).
The bathrooms in each unit have stand-up showers with two showerheads - one of them detachable.
In the kitchenettes (yep – there are 2 of them!), find everything you need, including full-size Frigidaire Gallery refrigerators with built-in icemaker and cold water dispensers, Frigidaire microwaves, and Keurig K-cup coffee makers.
With a spot this close to the beach, you’ll appreciate that we supply you with beach goodies, including beach towels and a Sportbrella or beach umbrella. All other towels and linens are provided, too!
THE LOCATION
You can’t get much closer to the Beach and Boardwalk than this - just one block from the action. The Art Deco Beach Bungalows are also just a few yards away from Sun & Fun Cycles, the fabulous Taco Spot, Florio’s of Little Italy, and the City of Hollywood's Charnow Park. Not to mention the sand, surf, volleyball net and cabanas of Hollywood Beach!
Adventure lovers: Hollywood Jet Ski is just a short 10-minute (~.5 mile) walk to the north.
There are events aplenty at your doorstep here! Check out the free concerts at the nearby outdoor Hollywood Beach Theater, located at Johnson Street and the Boardwalk (just a 3 minute walk to the south), five nights a week. Concerts are scheduled 7:30 p.m. To 9:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Music and dancing under the stars is held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, plus The Boardwalk Friday Fest and Saturday's Bandstand.
On Sundays, you will also find open Josh’s Organic Garden Market with organic fruits, vegetables from a local farmer - just a 14-minute walk south. Get there early for your pick of fresh produce and juices from the Juice Bar.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
