Step into an open, light‑filled living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct views to the backyard oasis. You’re just a short drive (or ride) from Deerfield’s beautiful Atlantic coastline. The city’s “Blue Wave” award‑winning public beach offers clean sand, lifeguards (9 a.m.–5 p.m.), volleyball courts, and a scenic boardwalk.

The Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier (about 976 feet into the water) is a must‑visit for morning walks, fishing, or sunset views.

🚗 By Car (Best Option)

Driving is the most convenient way to get around. Most attractions, beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers are just a 5–15 minute drive away.

There`s free on-site parking at the property (as seen in the photos), which makes it easy if you`re renting a car.

Ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are fast and widely available in this area.

🚲 By Bike

The area is mostly flat and bike-friendly, with sidewalks and some designated bike lanes.

You can bike to:

Deerfield Beach in about 20–25 minutes

Quiet Waters Park in about 10–12 minutes

Local grocery stores or cafes in 5–10 minutes

You can rent bikes from nearby rental services or apps like Lime or Nextbike (depending on availability in your area).

🚶 On Foot

This specific neighborhood is walkable for local errands or quick strolls, but walking to the beach or major attractions would be a bit far (30–40 minutes).

Nearby convenience stores, parks, or local eateries may be within a 10–15 minute walk.

🚌 Public Transit

Broward County Transit (BCT) runs buses in the area.

Route 50 or 48 may pass nearby and can take you to local malls, downtown Deerfield, or connect to other routes.

Use Google Maps or the Transit app for real-time info and planning.

However, buses can be slow and infrequent, so most guests prefer driving or ride-shares.

✈️ Airport Access

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – about 30–35 minutes by car

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) – around 35–40 minutes

Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of a $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
The payment of a $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.

A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
