Nautical themed waterfront villa on the nicest street in the city. Watch boats go by with coffee on the 70' dock, join them by renting our boat, or get on the water using our complementary paddle boards & kayaks. Split floor plan and enclosed patio complete with arcade games/foosball overlooking backyard. Grill out under the open back patio watching your favorite team on our outdoor smart TV. The heated pool encourages socializing with various seating plus a large hot tub. 3 miles to the beach!

Maya and I live 5 minutes away from the property and are always available in person or by phone. We strive for all of our guests to have a 5-star stay!

○ No jumping in pool (after 9)
• No events unless approved
• No visitors unless approved
• No excessive noise at any time
• Drive slowly down our street
• No parking on street or grass
• No vendors unless approved
• No smoking in the house
• No illegal activity
