Perfect for two people

This property is perfect for two people. The bath and kitchen are smaller, has everything you will need for smaller meals. Very clean and nicely updated. Did not see the small linen closet, messaged and received a response right away. Would definitely stay again if in the area. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach and great information about local restaurants and shopping.

Inaccurate description

I had to scramble to find a place at the last minute because my previous place canceled 5 days before my trip. So as I was driving down from NC to FL I was trying to find another place for my daughter and sister to stay with me. The sight-read 2 bedroom 1 bath for a certain amount. I thought perfect. Unfortunately, b/c it was the day before, I had no way of canceling. When we got there, the 2 bedroom that was advertised was a 1 bedroom with a wall a/c unit in the living room. The bedroom was HOT. A fan was given to help cool it down, but I could not feel the breeze at all. When I called Vrbo to let them know I was looking for a 2 bedroom, they said well you. only said you were.going.to have 1 person in the room, so don't complain to the host b/c she can kick you out. So for fear of not having a place to stay we kept to ourselves. We said nothing about the stained sheets and towels we just went to the store and purchased new sheets, we said nothing about needing a new fan, or about having little lizards running around the place. The final straw was on the last day we had to say something b/c the listing said one thing, and they charged another. When I said something to the host, she said she does not take the money, it is a third party who takes the money and to take it up with them. So I called Vrbo, and they noted that the owner changes the rates on the weekends ( which are Fri, sat sun btw). I let them know in no where does it say that I would be paying an additional $50 on the weekend. Vrbo kept telling me to call the host, and the host told me.to talk to the people who take the money. Neither acknowledged that it was wrong to not let people know exactly what they are getting charged a night. Then while the rep from Vrbo was talking to the host she clicked me in without the host knowing and I heard the host denying that she changed the price. The VRBO rep kept huffing and puffing and kept trying to dismiss me by telling me to call the host. Why would I call someone who is. just as dismissive as her. If you stay here check the sheets, bring a fan, and check your bill

Great place

Great location! Also the special touches made a big difference: pasta and sauce for the late night meal, snacks, tiny glass container to collect sand. It’s only one bedroom, I wish the listing would reflect that. The couch was fine for my teen to sleep on. I would def book again if we found ourselves in that location.

Great stay!

Our rental was super clean & easy to find. It was in a quiet area, but yet a short walk’s distance from shops, restaurants & the beach. The bedroom got a little hot during the night, but the host provided a fan which helped. Overall great stay!

Amazing place

This unit and rental property was amazing. The management team is Spectacular. I would recommend anyone to rent this as it’s in a great location and it’s right next to the beach. It was extraordinary.

Weekend Trip

We had a great time here in Pompano Beach. This rental unit was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was only about two minutes. The host was super helpful and very communicative. Cute place and we have zero complaints!

Exceptional!

My stay was exceptional and exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect and the condo was convenient for my stay in Pompano. It was very clean and organized. The best part of my stay was the bed and the shower! I’ve never had shower like I had here ever in life. Literally felt like I was in a car wash😂. The water pressure was just right and very relaxing. I will be purchasing a shower head like the one in this VRBO very soon. I was able to get well needed rest afterwards in a comfy bed. The complex did pretty quiet so it felt good to get uninterrupted sleep. I laid out at the pool, visited the beach, and was not far from my friends house who lives within 15 mins of the complex. One thing to mention, I understand it’s a small unit but it does get humid in the bedroom due to the air conditioning being in the living room. But my overall stay was 20/10 and I will definitely book again. Thank you for providing great service.

The property was nice and cozy and was perfect for my three night trip.

The property was very nice and clean. Yet, the only air conditioner was in the living room/den area, so the master bedroom was stifling hot. I found it interesting there was a new stand up fan that I was able to place outside the bedroom door to make the room cool. The bathroom was also in the master bedroom, which was odd. Luckily, I didn't need privacy and left door open so second person could use the bathroom during the night. But if you need privacy at night and want a cool bedroom, you should only stay in the winter months or you will be miserablly hot.

A wonderful place for a little getaway for two

My boyfriend and I booked this VRBO with the intention of exploring the area and not being there often. It was wonderful for just that, the place provided everything we could have needed and was a perfect location and close to everything we wanted to go to. I would recommend staying here again to friends and family!

Very cute

Cute little one bedroom apartment. It has the basics of what you need. My only complaint was that I didn’t have access to the laundry room when I needed it. The pool area only has a few chairs, so if you plan to use the pool.. get there early! The beach is only one block away, so I went there everyday.

Was great! Some power was not working had to flip a breaker. No easy way to contact owner/ agent without going through VRBO website. Should provide a phone number on check in. Place was clean and had everything needed. Loved the place!
