While the host was welcoming, we had numerous issues. Numerous times we had issues with toilets. One would work sometimes, and not others. One other would have issues that created a sound, resulting in no sleep throughout the house.No coffee maker was also a negative. Again, while the host was accommodating and location was good, this felt lacking what other properties do with basic necessities and usefulness.

Very beaitiful home to stay in fantastic location, We felt very welcomed, the house was spotless, relaxing, big, and the host responded very quickly whenever we had a question! First Ft. Lauderdale vacation
This property is an actual gem! Staples for a home were provided to last our entire stay saving us a lot of time. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. They even provided our girls with little surprises and a few surprises for the adults to. It was as if we had friends hosting us. We will 100% be back to stay

Wonderful getaway place!
We had a fantastic weekend here! Very close to FLL airport and the cruise terminal, which was handy since we didn’t have much time in Ft Lauderdale. The house is really nice and laid out well. I really loved the large, jetted soaking tub in the master bedroom. The mattress and bedding were super comfy and we slept very well. The pool is beautiful! I loved how it’s laid out in and it’s really smart having access to a bathroom from the pool. I appreciated having spices and cooking spray as well as common cleaning products! So much better than trying to remember to buy every single thing that is typically at hand to cook. My husband appreciated the smart TVs and being able to log in to our accounts easily. Host was great; offering plenty of help and communication (but never intrusive, he’s really great).

Just Amazing
Stayed over Christmas with my family with two kids and my mom. The pictures don't do this place justice, it is far nicer and larger than the pictures convey. The beds and couch are really comfortable, ample bathrooms and the kitchen is great if you want to cook. Everything necessary and more was supplied. The house is in a super quiet area a short drive to the beach or downtown FLL. The backyard and pool area was secluded and peaceful. The owner is also great to work with and super involved. There was an AC issue that the owner noted prior to our check in, he communicated it and had it resolved shortly after we checked in. Just overall perfect this was the best vacation rental experiences I've had

Great layout and private back yard
The home is a single floor and well laid out. The primary suit and bed was very comfortable and I was told the other beds in the home made for a great night sleep as well. The yard was filled with mature vegitation and was private and easily accessible from the home. However the home was not stocked well for example there were 5 adults for a week and 2 pods for the dishwasher, 1 roll of paper towel and two bathroom soap dispensers for hand soap were close to empty but these were small things at the end of it all. However, the fact there was a hot tub advertised and NO hot tub was a bigger disappointment. Overall it’s the people that make the vacation and we had a relaxing stay

Jonathan’s House is truly exceptional. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully curated, from the high-quality linens and plush towels to the luxurious complimentary shower gels and shampoos in each bathroom. The pool area is stunning—immaculately clean, completely private, and the heated pool was an indulgent treat. Jonathan was an outstanding host, making us feel like we were staying at a friend’s home. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always available to assist with any need. I wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan’s House to anyone seeking a top-notch vacation rental with an extraordinary host.

What a wonderful place to stay... Johnathan was welcoming and always in contact with us about our needs. Property was clean and setup perfect for a rental. Had all the small things you really want but never can find when renting. Backyard was setup perfect for a late night snack and dip in the pool. 10/10 would highly recommend

The best time!
We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s place in FLL! The location is so close to everything we did and just a quick Uber to everything. His house is wonderful and just what we wanted for my sisters bachelorette party! The pool is a huge perk!! Jonathan is super easy to work with as well as Sarah! They were so great the entire trip!

Great place
Jonathan called the day of check in to ensure we had directions, etc. Everything was perfect. Family relaxed around the pool in the evening and house was well equipped. We arrived 30 min early as we drove up from Key West. We met Sarah, the most delightful person who does housekeeping.
House Clean, convenient to restaurants. I will return. Jonathan's pride in being the best host is evident. Nice touches like bottled water, starter coffee pods, fluffy towels and bed linen were provided.
Pool clean and warm. There was gas grill but we were only there 1 night. A must stay!!!

Great time
The house and location far exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the Ft Lauderdale downtown and beaches was ideal for our stay. The host was great and communicated with us very nicely. We would definitely stay here again.
