« For the most part it was good. The issues we ran into was that the pool was quite cold. At breakfast, there was no apple juice, the pancake maker was having many issues working, and one of the hot plates sat empty the whole time. We had booked with this chain previously advertising the same breakfast setup but the other one had much more options. Toilet got clogged very easily in our room »

« We went for breakfast at 730 am and no food left they brought more but not much and again by the time we go in line and to the hot food, it was all gone again. We asked staff for more food.as.we had still not eaten. We never did get breakfast...ate somewhere else. There was a bunch of water in the elevator from someone who was in the pool causing a tripping hazzard. »

« Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied. »
