« This is the most perfect piece of property in the Fort Bragg area. It's close to town, but very secluded as well. When you take the kayaks across the river to the beach, most of the time you're the only ones there. We found sand dollars and watched the sunset. The water is chilly, but walking on the beach was very pleasant. If you don't want to kayak, just relax on one of 3 outdoor spaces with views of the river mouth, dunes, and beach with waves breaking. « This property is darling. The loving attention to detail and the care put into its cohesive blue and yellow (and chickens!) design throughout, gives it a homey touch. The owners were warm and welcoming, offering many suggestions of where to eat and where to go. The fresh flowers on the table and the beautiful garden, made me want to stay right there and not wander off. I'd definitely stay again. »

« It is a comfy house for a great beach vacation, within walking distance to a beach that isn't that crowded and we were there over the 4th of July weekend. there are a couple of windows with screens out and we had a sparrow fly in one afternoon. « Perfect location. Not a place to stay if you have mobility issues. You have to walk in from the street where you have space to park one car. The bathroom is three steps up from the living space, and of course, the bedroom is up the spiral staircase. There is a sofa bed in the living area that folds out into a bed for those who can't make it up the stairs. The kitchen really isn't a kitchen, think more along the lines of what you would get in a motel room...basic small fridge, microwave, coffee...
