« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...

« Great stay at Hotel Heron! They kindly accommodated an early checkin. Interactions with the front desk staff, valet, and restaurant staff were excellent. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to enjoy rooftop. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable, got a great nights sleep. »

« We chose this hotel instead of another cheaper one we had first booked because we wanted to treat ourselves with the extras they were offering - re swimming pool, bar, car park. Once there, we found out that there is no swimming pool - apparently they have informed hotel.com of the changes many times but it still comes up on the website. The kids were extremely disappointed. Bar is from Tuesday to Saturday (unlucky-we were there on a Monday!), car park was $15 for 14 hours even though there is...
