« This is a wonderful value in Vernazza. Vernazza was definitely our favorite village of the 5. The view from the house is gorgeous. Yes it’s a hike up stairs to get to the house but you are in Europe. All the good views have tons of stairs. We had 4 of us and had enough room. « Beautiful villa in vernazza. The villa was well equipped, very pretty, and had a beautiful terrace. There was no air conditioning but the villa stayed relatively cool throughout our stay in July (although perhaps a fan would have been good!). Vernazza is a lovely base for exploring the cinque terre. The villa is around a 10 minute walk into the town up a moderate hill, but worth it for the peaceful surroundings and views. « The railway station is directly below the apartment. This wasn't noted or listed and wasn't shown in the photo's. I was really disappointed that this wasn't made clear. The space also looks more new and fresh in the photos than it really is. The space is functional and generally clean, but things were old, dated and partially broken. I think the price didn't match what we paid for. The view from the balcony was amazing though, that was the biggest highlight. »

"J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre était parfaitement conforme à la réservation : spacieuse, propre, confortable et très bien équipée. La literie était de grande qualité, et j’ai également apprécié le professionnalisme des équipes de ménage, de restauration et de l’accueil. Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés afin d’être pleinement à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel : * La plage privée est un véritable atout, mais il est regrettable que les clients de l’hôtel doivent s’acquitter d’un supplément de 60 à 90 € par jour pour un parasol et deux transats, compte tenu du tarif des chambres. * Le Wi-Fi est présenté comme un service inclus lors de la réservation. Néanmoins, son accès nécessite d’accepter la collecte et le partage de données personnelles, sans possibilité de refuser. Une solution permettant un accès conforme aux attentes des clients et aux exigences du RGPD serait appréciée. L’établissement propose de très belles prestations et ces ajustements contribueraient encore davantage à améliorer l’expérience des clients."
