Welcome to our take at a Retro Retreat nestled in the heart of Forks, Washington! Escape to a world of cozy comfort and natural beauty in our brand-new tiny home, where every detail has been lovingly crafted to ensure a memorable stay for up to six guests.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm ambiance of our thoughtfully designed space. The retro decor adds a touch of color and chrome. At the same time, the modern amenities ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Upstairs in the spacious loft area, two plush full size beds await, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. Downstairs, a cozy bedroom features a full-size bed, perfect for additional guests or family members seeking their own private space.

The open-concept living room and dining area provide plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Sink into the comfortable seating and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table for a hearty meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. With all the necessary items and cooking accessories provided, whipping up a delicious feast has never been easier.

But the true highlight of our tiny home lies outdoors, where you'll find your private oasis awaiting. The home is effortless to access. Once you have booked, you will get access to the home via a smart lock, allowing you to check in at any time. Also, plenty of parking is available, so you don't have to worry. You will also have access to the whole outdoor area designated for this unit, including a picnic bench, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, and patio seating.

I won’t be available in person, although we have an onsite manager Karen who can help out with any sort of emergencies or onsite issues. Her space number is #25. We also can help with any questions or requests via messaging.

When booking, keep in mind the current renovations and or potential noise and or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. It is centrally located, within walking distance from town, and a short drive away from countless hikes and amazing places to explore.

*Please note that our tiny home Airbnbs have a loft with a ceiling height of only 50 inches, making it impossible to stand up in. The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding.
- We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)

- Please no pets on the furniture or the beds, this helps our cleaning team minimize extra time spent.

- Please make sure to look over the yard and pick up after your pet's droppings.

- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft, we hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and the linens.

- Please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.

- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.

- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard, etc. Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.

- Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.

- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.

- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.

- NO SMOKING, we have an exterior covered area for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.

-During the Fall and winter months, there is a chance of power outages. The water eventually will go out since we are on a well system. However, we have water jugs to accommodate. In such an event, let it be an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones, nature, and its simplicity without modern distractions.
