« This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. Not a hotel room. Fortunately, the Sheraton staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk and bell stand were super friendly...

« We have stayed at the Sheraton before but the views from this condo were amazing! We had the best time and enjoyed having coffee every morning before hitting the slopes with an awesome view! "The welcome was very good and the staff were friendly. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, although there were some issues: the sink drain was dirty and the curtain was torn, which didn’t block the light — we were woken up by the sun as early as 5 a.m. In addition, at 8:30 a.m., housekeeping knocked loudly and shouted to ask if we were leaving that day. This was quite disrespectful, especially so early in the morning while we were still sleeping."
