« Couldn't stay because there was no heat. Fireplace not operating. No one available to fix by the time property manager responded to calls for help. Temps due to fall into mid 30s that night, making property uninhabitable. Had to leave and find alternative place to stay. Fortunately, property mgr agreed to refund our money. »

« This was a great stay. We were there for 3 nights and loved every bit of it. The bed was comfortable, it all had all the accommodations we could have needed, the host was very responsive and friendly the 2 times I did reach out to her (not about anything wrong), the outdoor seating area with soaking tub was so nice and the tub was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed being here and definitely look forward to staying again if I return to the area. »

« The location was great. Beautiful Views. Literally minutes from downtown Williams. Parking was tight when the lot was full. We arrived after dark and the lighting was dim and the signage was hidden with the cars in a full parking lot which made it difficult to know where to go...there is no access to a kitchen nor an in room refrigerator nor an in room microwave which was disappointing. We had to go buy a cooler and ice from the local dollar general and had no way to heat up our leftovers after...

« Not spotless, but clean. Fairly new, as pictured and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well due to an allergic reaction to something in the apartment. Not sure if a previous guest had a pet there or if it was just dust under the furniture, but I was very ill. Everyone else in my family slept great and had no issues at all. We did look under furniture, just to check for pet hair and found an unopened beer can. So, the cleaning crew definitely missed some things, lol. Overall...
