« There were some cobwebs in the bedrooms, otherwise the house was clean. The location of the property was very handy and the house is comfortable. We spent 5 days at this property and it was perfect for a large group. The only thing negative I will say is that the firepit was 10 rocks in a circle on the side of the road in front of the house. Not really usable. We had a great trip as always, and appreciate the hospitality. »

« Lumber Lodge is the perfect place for a get a way in RRG. Convenient to everything. Very clean. WiFi was great because service in the gorge is spotty. Lots of towels!! Porch overlooking woods a wonderful place to relax after hiking. Would definitely come again. »

« We had a lovely time at the cabin. It was in such a beautiful and peaceful location. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip! We spent most of our time at the cabin, either in the hot tub or at the sit out just enjoying the birds and greenery. The communication from the hosts was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! »

« The cabin was just like it said. HOWEVER... the cleanliness was absolutely awful. We are not ones to complain as we visit many places. This particular cabin was bad. I understand cobwebs and dust in a wooded cabin. I also understand its a cabin thar allows pets. So we didnt expect it to be immaculate. What we did expect was clean towels and showers. There were literally medication patches stuck to the shower walls. The towels had stains on them. There was hair stuck to the shower walls...

« We had a great one-night stay at this shipping container cabin. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was definitely the highlight and a perfect way to wind down after exploring the area. The wooded setting near Red River Gorge makes it feel like a true getaway. Would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for something unique and well-kept in the area. »
