Cabanes à Forêt nationale d'Aowanda

« Such a beautiful hotel, right next to a bus stop and a 24-hour Family Mart and 7/11. I stayed for 2 nights to go to Hehuanshan and I loved my stay. The room was huge, the bed really comfortable, and there was a garden tub overlooking the mountain in the bathroom, perfect for a warm bath after a day of hiking. The breakfast (included) was delicious, they offered free afternoon tea and muffins, and the dining room is truly beautiful, looking out into the garden. The staff were very kind and there...

« This wonderfully charming hotel has way more to offer than simply a unique architecture. The dinner (which is included in the price) is top quality European fare that would be impressive even in the finest Taipei restaurants. The nightly 'concert' is a free curated music medley played over one of the best hi-fi audio systems ever made (the vintage Focus Utopia with beryllium speakers), and smaller systems with a free classical CD library are available in the larger rooms. This is not just a...

« Very nice view over the Sun Moon Lake. Spacious room but the hotel feels a bit outdated. The room could have better soundproofing. The parking is at 5 minutes on foot uphill. The hotels offers discount on some activities, which is great. The staff can be a bit cold, but good stay overall. »
