« I liked having an apartment in this neighborhood. Got to be walking distance to the palm outdoor mall and was close to three different stations that I used to get all over Tokyo. Very quiet neighborhood, new building, very easy to spot. It took some getting used to with the fancy toilet and the dryer system but overall very straightforward and comfortable. »

« Clean, host was easy to communicate with, and good for price point. »

« We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city. The breakfast was amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Having the Refa brand products and blow dryer was a huge plus as I have wanted to try them, and i was able to purchase a few hairbrushes at the hotel to my surprise. The room is small but I knew that and the dimensions were listed online. With that said it...

« The spacious rooms were a big plus for our family of four. However, the 10 a.m. check-out time was too early and not inflexible. Standard check-out times in Japan, like anywhere else, are 11 a.m. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but there aren’t many food options nearby. »

« The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured. »

« Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels »

« The room was spotless, the staff incredibly helpful and kind, and the breakfast was amazing ! The chef’s omelette was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended ! »

« Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run »
