« The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s very close to Ruby Falls and Rock City, making it a convenient choice for sightseeing. However, our stay had several inconveniences. You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. « If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise. »
