« We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

« We had a great time staying here . Its located in the middle of the national forest so theres not much around. Very rural and quiet. Theres a few different springs in the area that are absolutely beautiful. We got to see deer,turkey and even a bear. The host were amazing. We had great communication with them and they were very nice »

« Just returned from a stay in Monica’s lovely home. We were in the area to attend a family function and this home exceeded our expectations and needs. Extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with the exception of needing another dish drying towel or two…there was only one during our stay. « Four girls spent a long weekend at The Little Lake House and it was just perfect. The House is beautifully decorated and had all the things you could ever ask for. We really enjoyed a kayak trip one morning and evenings on the dock with wine. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again. »

« Came here on a family trip, and enjoyed every moment. The back yard was grand (fenced in all around), the pool was relaxing on hot days, the interior was very comfortable and spacious. Having the garage was also a plus when it came to loading and unloading to and from the vehicle. Highly recommend this location for any future stays within Deltona/Volusia County area. »

« We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful 3Br 2Ba home in Orange City, FL, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the lovely appointments and cozy feel of the house.
