« The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you're fat, like me, then it took a while to roll out of it. The restaurant selection needs to improve too. The Hydraulic Bar was pretty lame when it came to food selection. The front desk staff was really good. »

« Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room. »

« I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. »

« Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

« The rooms was nasty the beds wasn’t fit to sleep in and the place was just nasty!!! I would not recommend staying here ! It was my first and last time !!! The only good thing was the lady at the front desk was nice ! »

« La piscine est fermée pour la saison. Nous avons choisi cet endroit justement pour la piscine. L'employé a simplement dit "désolé". On ne nous a rien offert en dédomagement. La sécheuse a linge ne fonctionnait pas. Rien n'indiquait qu'elle était brisée. On l'a su après avoir lavé notre linge. Le même employé m'a répondu " désolé". Tout notre linge était mouillé....on s'est rendu dans un lavoir à nos frais. Le service n'est pas très fort. Par contre c'est propre. »

« I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside. The tub had bars but no shower seat and the tub was very slippery for her. The beds were also very high and she had difficulty just getting on the bed from the wheelchair.
