« We loved our stay at this Springhill.
We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again. »

« I was very disappointed with my stay. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets looked dirty, and there was a chair in the room covered in stains that I did not feel comfortable placing my belongings near.
Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and blamed Expedia for the issue. As a result, I had to wait over an hour for the situation to be resolved. This was especially frustrating because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were left waiting...

« Have stayed here several times and the place has gone way downhill. There was no non-slip mat in the bathtub. Taking a shower was a slippery hazard. The front desk did provide a mat at my request. Much better. Indoor pool was not in service. TV is a junky Magnavox. Many of the DirectTV channels were unavailable. Generally, very worn down. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable. »
