« It was modern and rustic feel located in a country setting situated about 45 minutes from 100 mile house town. The property has very unique characteristics to find on the Carver property. « Communication with Shirleen was great and check in was very easy. Good dirt biking trails in area. Fishing was not good when we went, might be better at a different time. Kids loved the swings they had. »

« We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was fully stocked. Lots of ameneties at your disposal which was convienent and dog friendly;) Only a little challenge is the attached bathroom was on the exterior so you had to exit the cabin and go over to bathroom. Property was very clean. »

« Beautiful lake, cabin was semi-clean, needs a deep clean. Cabin has a strong, musty mothballs smell( not pleasant in my opinion). For the price that we paid per night, I felt that firewood should be included. We had some cold, rainy days and the inside electric fire sound like it was going to blow up so we had to turn the stove on to warm up the place. Barbeque that they provided was not in good repair and was full of cigarette butts. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Wolf Den. It was true to the listing, and well appointed. Our swim in the lake was memorable, though it was a bit of a hike down to the water. The hosts were very friendly, introducing us to their dog, Peaches, and rescue parrot, Woody, pulling out swimming floaties for us, and offering a lot of interesting information about the property. Thanks for the wonderful stay! »

« What a great place and hosts. Our experience is that the pictures and descriptions online overpromise, in this case the opposite is true. Its even better! « Exceptional attention to detail in a great inviting rustic accommodation, as well as a fantastic location. Very well kept and clean, and everything a group could need to make the stay comfortable. « It wasnt what we expected. Not ALL the rooms are renovated. Our room was dusty and smelled funny. The carpet was from the 70's and the curtains smelled cigarette. We had to sleep with windows open to make sure we would sleep properly. The bed was ok and the bathroom was clean at least. Service was fast and friendly and breakfast was ok. I would only recommand this place if you are on a budget and or/ Not allergic to dust. »
