« The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Short bus ride to the airport when we left - a different bus stop but dropped us at the terminal. The attic space was clean, a kitchen...

« When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. »

« The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not. "La situation de l’hôtel est vraiment parfaite. A 2 pas des différentes lignes de métro et du ferry. De nombreux commerces au pied de l’hôtel. Machine à glaçons dans l’hôtel à disposition. Il manquait juste une fontaine à eau. Le ménage fait parfaitement tous les jours par une dame adorable. Et lorsqu’il manque quelque chose on nous l’apporte très rapidement. Nous recommandons cet hôtel."

"Idéalement placé à la sortie du métro. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. Points négatifs la piscine était froide et le tarif du petit déjeuner plutôt cher 100$ à 2 pour le buffet et 2 cafés. Très bonne hôtel pour se reposer après des journées sur Manhattan "
