The Space:
Starry Night Farmstay by Tiny Away sits on a picturesque farm boasting expansive green paddocks, tranquil river banks, and a spacious shed ideal for parking a car. Just a 10-minute drive from Forbes, this holiday home also offers convenient access to Cowra and Orange, both just an hour away. In Orange, guests can easily explore attractions like the Cowra Japanese Gardens, Cook Park, Robertson Park, and Orange Botanic Gardens.
It's a comfortable, 139-square-foot tiny home with well-furnished guest rooms, wide public spaces, and comfortable seating areas. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).
If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW escape here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us.
The Tiny house is about 20 metres from main house and 500 metres from main road.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that we have a veranda that has no railings, CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house, the river which is a 500 meter walk away, and the driveway. Guests will also have access to a three-adult outdoor hydrotherapy spa near the main house. The hay shed is restricted to guest access.
Grapes are ripe around the end of January 2024 and oranges right now Dec 2023. Guests are welcome to pick for their own consumption. If you're interested we also have pre-orders and amenities listed below, accessible to guests:
- Spa tub available to use for $10 per hour
- Firewood is available for an extra cost of $5 per kilo
- Recovery Ice Bath Tub is available for $5 per single use.
- Extra Farm Fresh Eggs available for guests to collect if they wish
- We have coffee and tea bags along with fresh milk, as well as crystal clear rainwater to drink. Thank you.
