« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »

« We had two rooms for 7 travelers. The first group arrived & checked in around 9 pm & discovered the toilet continuously running an hour later and would not flush. The front desk was contacted and offered to move to a different room. This was with a baby and all their luggage at 11 pm at night. The front desk made no offer to discount the cost of the room which is not acceptable given the significant inconvenience of packing up and moving rooms with a young baby. »

« Nothing is included with your stay. They charge for parking and they charge for the continental breakfast. Our room was right next to the fire doors in the middle of the hallway, they were incredibly loud every time some went through them. »
