« The location and property were great -- just what we hoped they would be. But we will NEVER AGAIN rent from anyone using Vacasa to manage the rental, thus 1 star for comunication. Every reasonable request we made was met with an unreasonable & pre-emptive "NO." 1) We made it to the property unexpectedly early by 30 minutes, asked if we could go in, and were turned down flat even though it would have been easy to let us in by remotely adjusting the unlocking time on the wireless keypad. « Love the location and the property was great. Though there were some minor areas of wear that a little paint touch up would take care of. It was so easy to find and access. Instructions were very clear and they were always available when there were questions and got back to us right away. We will definitely consider staying there again. »

« Great location, ocean is out the patio. The place was clean and decorated nicely. All the necessities were there, plus some. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Short drive into Charleston for sightseeing. Not owners issue but they were "making beach" so 24x7 bulldozer work. Noise not bad while sleeping. Next time bigger beach. »

« House was just as depicted online. Nice pool in a private well landscaped back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to accommodate everyone in our party. Kitchen was well equipped. « Place was very expensive, nightly price wasn't bad but management fees more than doubled the overall price for a weekend stay. On top of that, there's a $2000.... yes two thousand dollar fine for any noise complaint and similar fines for everything from parking in the wrong spot to having someone not in the "lease" in the unit. « It was a wonderful ladies trip. Everything was as beautiful as noted. We had everything we needed for our stay there. The view was amazing the ocean the pier. Short walk to restaurants and Shop was awesome. Just a short drive to Charleston with wonderful things to do there beautiful city, love this place had all the room we need plenty of bedrooms bathrooms for six ladies could’ve had eight ladies. Highly recommend. »

« The condo was spacious and in an ideal location. My travel partner and I loved how large the place was. The 3 bedroom layout is suitable for two couples and a few kids. The balcony overlooks an inlet, where we enjoyed seeing egrets fishing and the tide come in and out. The location is perfect- It's just before the bridge leading to Folly Island.
