Perfection

Check in instructions were very easy and communicated to us in multiple ways (email and text). The property manager actually gave us the option of checking in at noon on the day of our arrival for an addition 50 which gave us an extra afternoon at the beach! Very convenient beach access and incredible view of the beach from the porch. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Property managers were readily available and quickly responded to our questions. Could not recommend this place enough!

Excellent Location and Clean!

We loved our stay and the location on the beach is perfect! An easy walk to the main strip, and incredible beach access. The balcony was perfect for family games and meals, and you cannot beat the view.

Nice location though needs updating

Upon our arrival, there were some very upsetting things that were found in closets and some cleanliness issues. The property management company addressed those issues for us in a quick fashion, though. The art work throughout the house need some serious updating, and it would be nice if there were also some basic things Provided in the kitchen like salt and pepper, coffee filters, perhaps some Ziploc bags.

Great time at Folly

Great location to restaurants - we could see the beach out the back deck, but could also walk to all of our favorite spots! The unit was pretty clean. There were some loud nightly parties while we were there which made it less than desirable for sleeping one evening. Other than that, no complaints.

Lovely Fall Getaway

The property highlight is certainly the beach views and sounds. Lovely covered outside areas. The elevator and stairs were convenient. Wonderful access to everything great about Folly. Everything in the rental operated smoothly aside from the keyless entry. The mattresses were comfortable, but poorly fitted with surprisingly low quality sheets. The parking spots for this particular rental are tricky. As mentioned, they stock only the bare minimum - like 1 garbage bag for 6 nights. Overall a lovely getaway spot and we would use to again.

Perfect location

This condo is a perfect spot on Folly—park your car and then just walk every where! The beach is right across the street. It’s clean and comfortable and for us, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Excellent location!

We loved the location and proximity to beach (across the street) and down town area (within walking distance)! The property management company was great to work with and quick to respond. We were surprised that there were no pot holders, kitchen towels and knives were very dull. These little things should be attended to with each stay. The owner needs to make some improvements and should be more aware of updates needed ... bathroom sick and shower issues, no signage on the awkward light switch issues, broken lamp. As an owner of properties myself I feel that the owner should be on top of these small things as they were disruptive to the over all experience. We would use the property management company again but would choose to stay in a different condo. This is our experience and yours may be better so don't let the little things get in the way of this great location!!

It was okay

I was a little disappointed with the construction going on right across where our access to the beach was. At one point our access was closed off. Our lights were flickering inside and smoke alarms were not in working condition. Seemed electrical Issue. On fridge license showed expired in april. Floors had not been cleaned. Light fixtures and windows extremely dirty. We did love the 3 bedroom 3 baths. Door handles and slider was broken.

Folly beachfront condo stat

Very nice property and a great value based on location. The property could certainly use a coat of paint. The biggest issue was the doors to the deck did not lock properly. Otherwise it was a great stay and would definitely recommend.
