Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

- On-site parking at The Wonderer is paid, but free street parking is available nearby.
- We do not offer discounts or compensation if The Wonderer is unavailable during your stay.

đ« Pets are NOT Allowed:
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
đ« This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
𧳠Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is located in a lively and welcoming area of Folly Beach, just steps from the ocean and close to local restaurants, surf shops, and laid-back nightlife. The charm of Folly lies in its vibrant beach-town atmosphere â which means you may occasionally hear sounds of activity, especially during evenings and weekends.
Please be advised:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests are expected to respect neighbors and maintain quiet during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for ambient noise that is typical of this beachside location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept the unique setting and the potential for occasional neighborhood sounds.
đ§âđ§ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
đ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
đ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
đ§č If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.
đ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.
đ« Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
đ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
âïž In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
âïž If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
âïž We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
