Entièrement rénové en 2018, ce condo de quatre chambres en bord de mer dispose de TROIS lits king-size et de nouveaux lits jumeaux XL moelleux! Le condo a une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis la tanière et le balcon de la chambre principale. Le Charleston Oceanfront Villas est situé à seulement un demi pâté de maisons des restaurants et des boutiques du centre-rue. Tout le plaisir de la folie est à quelques pas!

Cette unité est située au premier étage, de sorte qu'il y a deux ascenseurs sur la propriété, il y a aussi un accès facile et rapide en prenant les escaliers. Il y a des télévisions dans les quatre chambres et la tanière avec le câble dans deux pièces et la télévision Roku dans toutes les autres. La cuisine entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable.

C'est une option de premier choix parmi les locations de vacances à Folly Beach. Imprégnez-vous de la brise côtière ou du soleil de la Caroline depuis votre grand balcon en bord de mer ou depuis deux piscines en bord de mer (ouvertes en saison d'avril à octobre). Promenez-vous sur les plages de sable de Folly Island ou promenez-vous dans les magasins locaux du centre-ville, à quelques pas de votre villa. Visitez le quai de pêche de Folly Beach pour tenter votre chance pour un tarif de mer frais. Pas de piqûres? Aucun problème. Rassemblez le groupe et dirigez-vous vers la folie funky et amusante «du centre-ville» pour un excellent dîner local ou de la musique en direct et de la danse. Visitez le parc de l'île avec une aire de jeux ou regardez la croisière en voilier depuis le quai de la rivière Folly. Visiter le centre historique de Charleston pour la journée? Promenez-vous dans la batterie de Charleston, explorez le marché, pique-niquez au parc Waterfront ou faites une promenade en calèche dans la ville sainte. Ce Charleston Oceanfront Villas propose un parking couvert et non couvert dans la rue. En été, deux laissez-passer de stationnement sont attribués à chaque unité. Si des laissez-passer supplémentaires sont nécessaires, ils peuvent être achetés auprès du préposé au stationnement le samedi, selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Un parking gratuit est également disponible dans les rues à proximité.

The property was nice and the location was great. Everything inside was clean. Staff was responsive. Location was close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beach was beautiful. Issues: TV/Cable service didn’t work even after staff tried to figureit out. Construction was literally next door so our view was obstructed by a scaffold and large machinery was parked below our balcony. Outside balcony area was dusty probably from construction.

The condo was in a great location and was nicely appointed. The host provided everything you could need in the kitchen. The only complaint was the ongoing construction. It was noisy beginning at 8 a.m. and was constant throughout the day as you would imagine with construction. One evening we came in from being out all day and the condo smelled very strongly like fresh paint which I am assuming came from the exterior work being done on our end of the condos. The elevator on our end was shut down due to construction so it created more of a challenge to get our luggage and other items to where we were staying. Overall, the place was nice. It was in a good location that was easy to get to and had plenty of amenities. We'd definitely be willing to stay again after construction is complete.

We are not happy with our stay or experience We brought our mother who has trouble walking because we thought you had working elevators. It was not a relaxing vacation due to construction going on right outside of our balcony that we were not expecting. We had to use towels to soak up water from the ac unit drip pan so it would not overflow and cause the ac not to work properly. We had to call maintenance to remove a dead rat directly below our balcony. TV’s didn’t work, they did bring a new tv for the living room but none of the bedrooms had a working tv. Poor internet service, wifi was in and out. On our last day there, someone set off the fire alarm. This caused the only working elevator to be shut off. We witnessed the fire department having to come out and carry an elderly man in his wheelchair up 4 flights of stairs to his villa because he had been sitting outside for over an hour waiting for the elevator to be repaired.It’s very disheartening to pay so much money(5000.00) and not be able to enjoy our vacation and relax.

We had an awesome time. The condo was very nice! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils and cookware. It was also centrally located to everything( we walked everywhere). The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal listening to the waves! We also enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, sand pipers, brown pelicans and wind surfers! We can not wait to return for another visit! The only critique I have is regarding the Vayk gear credit you had to place the reservation 48 hrs prior to arrival.. we were at the unit for 3 weeks and wanted to rent the bikes but the HOA did not allow bike rentals, we did not let that ruin the trip, just wish the credit was more flexible!

Loved our family getaway here. Great view. Despite the fire alarm of the entire complex going off at midnight our first night there, we had a great time. Our three boys loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The adults loved all the dining options within walking distance. Everything was clean and for the most part well organized. A little disappointed to open the Sorry game box only to find the main board was missing. Fortunately, one of our adults was wise enough to bring several fun games we enjoyed in the evening. The biggest disappointment was only having one fob to get into the beach or pool area available. It was a challenge organizing trips back and forth among three families with only one fob.

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Fort. The villa wasa very clean and well kept. The location was perfect to walk to local restaurants and shops. I give it a 5/5 but the only suggestion I have is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It has a dip in the middle causing both sleeper to roll to the middle.

We loved our stay at the beginning of November. The condo was comfortable and everything we needed for our girls trip. A couple things to note, the pool is closed starting in November—we didn’t realize it would actually be locked and unavailable to sit by—this wasn’t a big deal, just something to be aware of. Also, this rental is a hard key entry, which requires you to go to a rental office to pick up the keys and drop them off at the end of the stay. (Again, not a big deal, just something to note.) The view of the ocean was wonderful. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves. This condo is within walking distance of everything in Folly and was a perfect location. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

While we enjoyed our time at Folly Beach, this property should not be listed as newly renovated as I believe this is misleading. I understand rentals get a ton of wear and tear and this one isn’t an exception. Much of the furniture was in need of a good cleaning and repair. The dishwasher door is a safety hazard for small children as is one of the balcony chairs. The property pools were extremely dirty regardless of day or time of day. It was difficult to secure a cart to load as the maintenance and cleaning crew were using many of them. We had one parked outside our door with the new linens for turnover in it for over 1 day. The cleaning company showed up before 9:30am - checkout is 10:00am. Thankfully we had just finished packing up. On to the positives- We definitely had plenty of space for our family of 8 and found the kitchen to be well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. Our bed was very comfortable, as were the sofas and chairs in the living room area. The table accommodated our family well for meals. Appliances worked well. Location is walkable to restaurants, shops , etc. We loved that there are three king sized beds and a bathroom for each (one serves as a Jack and Jill - worked for our family) and provided the privacy we desires. Check in and checkout was very easy and the office was conveniently located and staff seemed friendly.
