L'un des meilleurs de Folly! Ce condo d'angle confortable et propre 1 chambre a des planchers de bois franc, un plan d'étage ouvert confortable et une belle vue sur l'océan! Laissez le nouveau matelas Tempur-Pedic et la couette en duvet vous aider à vous rajeunir pour votre prochain jour de vacances. Little Peace of Heaven est situé au deuxième étage d'un complexe élevé de trois étages qui est directement sur la plage. Asseyez-vous sur le porche et profitez du soleil chaud pendant que vous regardez les dauphins jouer tout en prenant votre café du matin. Vous avez même un accès complet à une laveuse / sécheuse partagée pendant vos vacances aussi! Le ciel nocturne est parfait pour observer les étoiles et écouter les vagues de l'océan s'écraser sur le rivage. Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture garée dans votre espace de stationnement privé pendant toute la durée de votre séjour car tout est facilement accessible à pied.

Les amoureux de la plage peuvent profiter de l'océan depuis la vue depuis le balcon commun ou en traversant la promenade privée sur les dunes de sable et directement sur le sable! Pendant l'été, vous pouvez profiter de l'eau dans l'une des seules sections de la plage avec un sauveteur. Ceux qui aiment pêcher peuvent descendre jusqu'à la jetée de pêche de Folly Beach située à moins d'un pâté de maisons pour rejoindre d'autres pêcheurs. De bons restaurants, des vendeurs de fruits de mer frais et une épicerie sont tous à proximité. Cette unité est une base idéale pour explorer la plage ainsi que la ville historique de Charleston. Ceci est un condo sans fumée et sans animaux.

This condo is a GEM! The location could not be better looking out over the ocean and steps away from the beach as well as great food and shopping in Folly Beach. The condo was clean and the accommodations were comfortable. Thank yo!

The location of this unit is great, with wonderful beach views. This unit is run down (sad). In need of some tlc & a face lift. (Front curtain & some of the blinds don’t close, hole in screen, strange odor, etc).

First time at Folly

This property was at a good location for us to be able to walk to restaurants and the pier. Whenever we had issues (heat and refrigerator) the operations manager was quick to respond.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the wonderful beach condo. It was perfect fur the two of us. The views of the sunrise on the beach were amazing. We loved making it or base to explore Charleston and surrounding areas. I’d love to return!

4 nights at Folly

The place is nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a wonderful location right on the beach and in walking distance of town. Our main disappointment was the kitchen area. The stove is old, with loose electric eyes that take a long time to heat up, and there is no prep room. We had hoped to cook quite a bit but really weren't able to. Other than that it's a nice place.

Time for a remodel

This place, at a minimum needs some deep cleaning, spackle, interior doors that close without force!, and some paint. Or even better, a total gut and rebuild. Its like two connected Motel 6 rooms on the beach. The location and view are great, but not much else. Also, we received an email a few days before our stay that the pest control company would drop by on either Monday or Tuesday between 9am and 6pm to treat the rental. So you know, just 2 full days wondering if the pest guys would show during a meal, kids shower, or even just while you were sleeping in…ahhhh what a relaxing vacation!!!

The refrigerator shelves are taped in the refrigerator and fell down when used. Ice maker didn’t work. Tell owner to spend some of the rental income for a new refrigerator Bed and view were great

AMAZING LOCATION!! You are steps from the beach and literally walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Folly Beach. Only reason why not a 5 Star rating - the unit itself needs work and updating. We are not picky and don’t need much as we don’t spend a lot of time it the unit. Simply need a bed(Which was comfortable), bathroom and place to hold our belongings. Loved the fact the unit was on the end so others didn’t have to walk past us to get to their unit or the stairs. Grounds were well kept and the place and surrounds area was very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Lovely and Convenient!

This little condo was perfect for my family. Right on the beach with a SHORT walk that had a shower. Everyone in the plex was so nice and welcoming. Previous reviews mention it being older or worn down but we found it to be quaint, calm, and perfect. Well outfitted with everything we needed and the rental company was extremely helpful!

Great Location, property needs a little improvement

We had a great time. The location was great. We were basically on the beach. The condo interior could benefit from a little updating. First, the ice maker appears to have stopped working which wasn’t a big deal for us, just something we noticed. The counter tops, oven burners, and pots and pans were out of level to a degree that cooking was challenging. There were also parts missing from the vertical blinds in the living room area preventing them from being closed completely. Ultimately these were all pretty minor things and our stay went really well.

Our Stay

Easy to find and great access to the beach. Neighbors left their dog alone Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. The dog barked the entire time they were gone. It was annoying but once the owners returned, the dog was ok. We had a great time!

Sitting on balcony was great. Condo was a little shabby for the price. We thought it was a pet free building but only our condo was pet free. Not a problem until people with dog moved in next store and put dog in shared utility room. Husband is highly allergic and it sounded like the dog was in the air vent barking. Had to leave a day early and rent a hotel room for the night before we could go home.
