The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. No pool access. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap.
