Suite A - 3 minutes walk to Center of Folly Beach, across from beach-1 Room

A comtemporary, independent studio suite with porcelain floors, marble porcelain bathroom floors in shower and on shower walls, fully loaded with all comforts necessary, is located right across from the beach acess. It is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. The property is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area where you can find an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear, a table to eat at and a tennis table. Lounge chairs are also available for relaxing in the sun. This is a Smoke Free suite. This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.

Absolutely perfect! This was our second time staying here and it’s such a great find. It’s extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable, and it’s right across from the beach. The beach access walkway is about 20 steps from the house. Very easy to come back in for lunch or drinks and then head back to the beach!

This property is extremely clean, brand new, and offers easy access to the beach. The room is very comfortable and has just the right number of appliances for a short stay. The small fridge and freezer work exceptionally well. I look forward to returning for another long weekend.

Wasn’t what was advertised. No ocean view, small room with just enough space to walk around bed. No soap for shower. One and a half stair case hard to bring up luggage. No table tennis set up. No dining area y to eat at just bed, bath and small kitchenette across from bed. Thermostat hard to adjust.Met man not sure who he was didn’t introduce himself to us the one time we seen him. I ask about where is a dining area and he stated people don’t usually come at this time of year. They eat outside. Comfortable bed, nice shower head and clean

Quiet inside with Hurricane outside !

Yes I picked a rainy week to stay at Folly Beach. Hurricane Debby passed through while I was there and inside was the nicest place that I have stayed at Folly. The room was insulated so well that I had no idea that it was storming outside. Very nice ,clean ,large shower in bathroom, nice small kitchenette, real comfortable bed and pillows. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to be close to the ocean and downtown too. easy parking in back with fenced back yard and one easy flight of stairs.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Folly Beach! The property was exceptionally nice and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better – just a very short walk to the main strip and with the beach right across the street. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was extremely nice and accommodating. This place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to others. We look forward to coming back again!

Hidden gem in Folly Beach!

From the moment we parked and walked into Unit A, we were blown away. We were instantly welcomed by the sweet owner who told us where to go for sushi and free coffee (Bert’s Market, which is fabulous). The unit was *immaculately* clean to the point where we felt like we were the first ever people to stay there! It even smelled brand new! It had everything we needed from an amazingly comfy bed to a beautiful outdoor shower to rinse off after coming in from the beach. It was conveniently located to a beach access area and all the shops and restaurants are just a short walking distance away. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and we can say with certainty we will be back! Our stay here absolutely MADE our 1 year Anniversary trip a memorable one and we couldn’t be more grateful to the owners for creating such an oasis for guests at such a reasonable price.

This is a great place to stay! It is so close and convenient to the beach and all the Folly restaurants that you can walk. The room is very crisp and clean. We also stayed here last year and plan for this to be our go-to Folly spot each year :-)

The location is perfect - close to everything but far enough way to enjoy quiet moments on the beautiful balcony. Quiet and super clean.
