Consisting of a main villa and an outbuilding, Villa Dahlia is set within a large and majestic 3,000 square meter fully fenced wooded park full of flowers and plants of various species, with large outdoor spaces with attention to every detail.
The property is the result of a complete and careful renovation adapted to the most modern innovations that have made it possible to create a green environment with zero environmental impact, with the property being powered entirely from renewable energy sources.
Inside the park, a beautiful 4 sides infinity pool (12 x 4 meters, open from 15 May to 15 September), located between the villa and the outbuilding, complete with solarium with deck chairs and umbrellas, finds its perfect location. In the large park you will also find a playground area with a five-a-side football/volleyball field and a vegetable garden with Guests free access where you can take seasonal vegetables for free for your meals.
Villa Dahlia is also provided with covered parking, a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven and a wellness center (accessible for a fee upon reservation). It also has free outdoor and indoor WI FI connection, a HI-FI system for outdoor and indoor sound diffusion and an alarm system.

Villa Dahlia is an elegant and spacious property consisting of a main villa and an outbuilding for a total of approximately 700m2 and a capacity of 12 beds to which we can add other 5 additional beds. Furnished in a contemporary style with simple and clean lines but at the same time of great scenic impact and charm, the villa is equipped with every comfort and has unique characteristics of its kind.
The main villa is spread over three levels: on the ground floor we find the entrance, a large kitchen complete with everything you need for cooking, a living room and a service bathroom. On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms, all complete with private en-suite bathroom and also equipped with a fridge. Finally, the last one is a basement where we find a second full kitchen, a living room with billiards and a living area with and exhibition of typical Tuscan artisan salami and where it is also possible to request on-site tastings of wines and typical products (to be agreed with the owner). A service bathroom completes the floor.
The dependance is also spread over three levels: on the ground floor there is a complete kitchen with living room and on the first floor a double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
In the dependance we also find the wellness center (available for a fee and upon reservation) where there are: a sauna, a Turkish bath, a mini jacuzzi pool with relaxation area, a shower, an emotional shower and a peasant shower, a dressing room with personal wardrobe, a massage room.
Villa Dahlia is complete with air conditioning and heating included in the price. Pool towels and bathrobe included.
