« Excellent service, room to improve have small travel kits for sale at the front desk for late night case situation. Tooth paste, brush, also for people who have sinus issues having the older heat system work better then the new one. Caused lack of less. Overall great place people and views. »

We had a fantastic stay in Sarajevo, thanks to the warm and professional staff at the hotel. The city is full of charm and history, and the team made us feel right at home. A special mention to one of the receptionists who also drove us several times, he was exceptional: kind, helpful, and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

« There is no shuttle to the airport they will just call a taxi for you but you still need to pay. I had one only one towel no wash cloth no bath mats no body soap or shampoo. The bed sheets has those black hole stain like a cigarette mark. And the room was so dam hot! No climatisations only a fan but I need the only one outlet to charge my phone so i couldnât put the fan on »
