« This is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station. We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. « We booked Domescapes on a whim, and I'm so glad we did. Hands down one of the best experiences of the trip. The hospitality courtesy of the fine folks running Swinging Gate, was absolutely incredible. We love, love, loved their wines, we not only partook in the tasting but found ourselves at the Cellar door nightly before close for a glass or bottle to share. « This property is a great place to stay to visit Platypus House, Beaconsfield Mine Museum and Sea Horse world. Stayed in the Executive Suite and it was stepping back into the era when built. The room was huge and included a lounge area, dining area and very modern and clean bathroom. The owners have revamped the decor to the era and ensure that you enjoy your stay.
