This lake house is a true gem. Its unique location is made for maximum fun and water sports. No need to reserve a special spot on the lake for fireworks because you will be served these spectacles for free. Our dock is in deep water and has a party deck for first-class seating on the water. Refuel your boat or jet ski in a jiffy in Aqualand. This lake house is the package you've been dreaming about for a memorable family vacation. Look no further, book with us, because we sell an experience.

The main floor includes a well-appointed kitchen, a long dining table, a family room with a fireplace and a sofa bed and TV, a living room with TV, a game room, and a nook overlooking the lake. Picture windows bring lake views to you anytime you'd like. You may dine inside or outside on the main floor.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor along with the master bathroom and the secondary bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV. We serve lake views from this floor while in bed.

The basement has a bar, a pool table, a home theater, a gym, a full bath, a sofa bed and the laundry room. It opens ups on the deck with seating and hammocks. Embrace the awesome lake views from this floor while entertaining yourselves.

Finally, the driveway is wide enough to accommodate several cars. Besides, the house has a 3-car garage and a Tesla EV charger.

My family spent the week of Christmas in this spacious, dog-friendly home on a quiet cul de sac at Lake Lanier, which was beautifully decorated for the season. The three floors meant two sets of stairs, but nothing that was a problem. We spent a lot of time playing games and doing puzzles on the large kitchen table, as well as sitting in the sunroom looking out at the lake. And several mornings we were fortunate enough to see deer walking around the backyard.The theater room downstairs got a lot of use, and we also used the gas grill on the downstairs deck one evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed, and Ray was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The garages were also a great feature. We’ll definitely be back!

No. The coffee pot did not work. The Nespresso machine did not work and we did not have K cups for the Keurig so not tried. The queen pull out bed down stairs is not comfortable. Hard to classify as a “bed”. Everything else was good or as expected.

Perfect for morning coffee

A very nice place. Quiet with nice views of the water. Having coffee in the morning while the deer were wandering around was certainly welcome. Everything was clean and neatly presented. Billiards and Air Hockey were nice surprises. I’d stay there again.

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! We watched movies in the theater room, played the table games, board games, we rented a pontoon and it was an easy pick up from the dock. We sat on the roof top deck and enjoyed watching fish jump. The house set up was great for our dinner! We really had a great time and everyone loved how you could see the lake through all of the windows!

Gathering of friends for wedding event

Several of us were in town for a wedding and decided to turn the trip into a few days vacation at the lake. The views were terrific and we all enjoyed sitting on the deck and dock and watching the lake and wildlife. The owner had left two kayaks for our use and everyone liked getting on the water to explore a bit. Lots of space in the house, nobody felt crowded. Great visit!

Fun in the sun!!

Stunning home and location! This property was perfect for our family to gather after my son’s wedding. With so many coming from out of state we just needed a place to relax and enjoy and still have comforts of home for grandparents. Everything in this property is in top shape.

Sunsets on the Lake

Our family had an amazing time at this lake house and we shared the most beautiful Sunsets and created so many wonderful memories! The property had everything we needed to prepare family meals, spend time together playing games, had perfect reading and relaxation areas for everyone to spread out and come together. The host was extremely gracious and took care of everything for us including organizing and scheduling delivery of our water toys and providing great places to visit during our stay! Breathtaking view

We had such a wonderful time that we extended our stay an additional day. The boat house it’s great and house has beautiful views. The cove is breathtaking to just float from the dock. Home has a lot to do with the air hockey, theatre room, pool table and more. Definitely recommend.

Great house on the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay. There is something for everyone! The kids loved the lake and the dock. They also loved all of the indoor entertainment options (movie room, foosball table, pool table, air hockey, etc.). The kitchen is well appointed and the grill worked great! We would definitely stay at this home again!

Great Experience

The house has a great location on the water! You are very close to Aqualand and Hideaway. The cove is easy to find and safe enough to kayak and swim. We had no issues docking our pontoon overnight. The house was big enough for 9 adults. Two of the 3 bedrooms upstairs had lake views. The master is very nice! The house was spacious and plenty of room to spread out with seating. The path from the house to the dock is a workout. If you are elderly or disabled, it might be a challenge. The owners are very responsive and overall a great experience. I would return!

Great week at the lake

This property is so much nicer than the ad makes you think it is. Very spacious and well updated. I could live on the bottom floor alone with the bar, pool table, deck, and theater room. We had a great time and were wowed by the house as soon as we entered. Great view too!

5 Star Stay at Lake Lanier!

There are so many things to love about this lake property - first location! The large cove that it's located in is deep and wide with excellent views, but also not busy like other parts of Lake Lanier. We felt very comfortable paddle boarding with the kids across the cove to the other side where there are several beaches you can grill, picnic, or just swim. Next, the dock is next level - enough room to accommodate our large group with plenty of seating and shade. We had our own boat, but could have rented from the owner if needed, which was very nice amenity offered by his property. The house was very comfortable, well appointed and met our needs perfectly. I as especially impressed with all the kitchen godets and appliance offered which allowed us the flexibility to cook anything we wanted (hand mixer, food processor). The large dining table was perfect for family dinners too, even with our large group. There is a beautiful sunroom with stunning views of the lake which my parents especially enjoyed sitting and just watching the lake and boats go by - very relaxing. The bedrooms were all very large, and the master was incredible! One huge perk of this rental for our family were all the games offered, including air hockey, foosball and pool. The kids thoroughly enjoyed these (and so did the adults!). One important consideration for us in a rental is the trek to the dock as my parents were with us and can't do steep, rocky terrain easily. This was about the easiest walk to the dock one can expect at lake Lanier. There were not too many steps once past the well manicured lawn, and they were very well maintained and level. Overall, this was a fantastic week on the lake and we appreciated the owner's quick response to any questions we had! We will absolutely be coming back here!

House is a sleeper from the outside. Beautiful views, used spaces well for entertaining. Really great home for family getting together and enjoying the lake.
