Stayed with multigenerational family. Everyone had plenty of space from bedrooms, outdoor activities and family meals. This home is not only spacious but beautiful. Plenty of areas to be together or have some quiet time. Host was extremely attentive, gracious and helpful. We certainly have made some wonderful memories for this week. Hope to return during a summer visit to enjoy the lake with more water activities..was a bit cool during Thanksgiving

Amazing animals

Our stay was so great! The goats and horses were so friendly and really brought joy and peace. The chickens laid eggs for breakfast and the property was just perfect for our dogs. The weather was cool and rainy but this property would be great for summer. There were kayaks and many more water toys!The house itself was big and very clean with many conveniences readily available.I wouldn’t change anything about this accommodation. We will miss the sweet horses and goats. Our dog fell in love with Oreo!Would come again. Also we were just close enough to Atlanta to enjoy some shopping at Lennox mall and Phipps plaza.

Fantastic Property

Our family of 10 had the most wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at the Lake Ranch. This home is updated, super clean, and full of "toys" to entertain, regardless of the weather. To think that one could have a lakefront property AND farm animals too! So much fun! You'll find corn hole, ping pong, electronic basketball, giant Jenga, a hot tub and a sauna. Add to that a canoe, 2 kayaks and a double-deck dock for enjoying sunshine reflections on the lake. A Christmas tree was decorated and lit to welcome us - an easy key code entry. The kitchen was well stocked, including a crock pot, Kitchen Aid mixer and double dishwashers. An extra catering sized fridge was in the garage. The farmhand taught our kiddos how to feed the goats, gather eggs, and groom the horses. She was very patient and kind, calming the kids' fears and bringing them big smiles. Also in the back yard we enjoyed a huge fire pit area with lots of chopped wood under a protected port. We found the bedroom configurations to be very adaptable for couples, singles and kids. Two of the king suites had adjacent or included beds for kids. The lower level bunks look like a castle, which became a focus of playtime for our little ones, along with a play kitchen. The bunks there could certainly be used for sleeping while parents could be adjacent in one of the king suites. I can't say enough about this great property. Thanks, Joy, for the easy communications and attention to details.

Great Property!

We stayed here for a long family weekend with grandparents, aunts/uncles and our 2 children. This property was very well accommodated, our kids loved going out to the chicken coop every morning and saying hello to the goats and horses at the fence. When we arrived we found a s’mores kit and bottle of wine waiting for us. We loved spending time on the dock, swimming in the lake, sitting in the hammocks and using the sauna. We definitely plan to come back for future trips.

Great place for family and friends

We spent a week at the Ranch and it checked all the boxes. The house was clean, and the location was great. Having a 2 year old and a 1 year old the farm was a great little change. Rented a boat for tubing with the older kids and close to restaurants on the water as well. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re visiting lake Lanier. Very responsive owner as well. Definitely recommended.

Great weekend trip

We stayed at this beautiful lake house for a long weekend with our adult children and their significant others and could not have been more pleased. The home is gorgeous and there is ample space for sleeping, sitting, and dining and for lounging at the house and the dock. The paddle boards and kayaks were used from sunrise until sunset and everyone enjoyed collecting fresh eggs from the chicken coop each morning. The fire pit and the hot tub were great evening amenities. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Experience

Our family came together to celebrate my 65th Birthday & this home allowed us to enjoy our time with each other. We brought our pontoon with us & it was a treat to be able to dock it & have time on it as well. Highly recommend this property & location to all things Lake Lanier.

What A Perfect Getaway in a Clean/Nice/Relaxing Home!

Myself, my huband our kids were here for Spring Break & to celebrate my son's Birthday. We live in LA, and were looking for something cozy and in nature. We were blown away at how clean and perfect the house and property were! Our time in this house was EXACTLY what we were going for! The owners communication & the communication with the girl who takes care of the horses & goats were icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderfu lexperience.

Perfect for my 40th Birthday Getaway

I'm local to Atlanta and wanted a find a nearby lakehouse for my 40th birthday festivities and this house was absolutely perfect! It comfortably slept 13 of our friends + a baby and even had plenty of space to have a small gathering with other Atlanta friends who drove up for the day. Everything was immaculately clean, the main floor was super spacious, the interior design was fresh and modern, and the outdoor areas were so great to lounge around during the day despite the colder February weather. (The firepit was clutch!) Although it was too cold to swim in the lake, the hot tub, gym, sauna and especially the farm animals made it so fun for everyone to enjoy the property. Our big friend group has stayed at MANY houses over the years and this was by far one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Joy made the check-in process a breeze and was very quick to respond to my questions. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the lake with friends and family.

Perfect Getaway Vacation

Our family of 10 (2 grandparents, 4 middle age adults, 4 teens & 3 golden retrievers) stayed 5 nights over the New Year’s holiday 2024. We absolutely LOVED this property! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas! It was also comfortably furnished and had a great floor plan and lovely view of the lake. The horses, Poseidon & Annabelle, and the goats, Oreo & Mocha, were very friendly and a fun addition for all of us. We had dozens of delicious farm-fresh eggs during the first couple of days (the chickens’ egg laying dropped off a bit during the very cold days which was expected). We had plenty of room to cook all of our meals in the well-stocked and spacious kitchen that had two dishwashers!!! There were also two laundry rooms! The hosts thought of everything to make sure our stay was nice like s’mores makings and hot chocolate fixings and warm blankets in the den. The kids had fun playing games, ping pong, foosball, kan jam and corn hole as well as working out in the home gym. We highly recommend this rental. We have stayed in multiple rentals all over the southeast for our family get-togethers over the past two decades, and this rental was unanimously our favorite one!!!
