Escape to this peaceful 2 bedroom 1 full bath house situated on 1 wooded acre with access to Lake Lanier! Enjoy full access and privacy of the entire lower level of this house which includes the following amenities: Lake access to lake Lanier for fishing and kayaking, an inground pool, water slide, 6 person jetted hot tub spa, sauna, workout room, full bar and pool table! The open floor plan and patio were designed for gathering in mind whether you are indoor or out.

This unique and charming property has all the ambiance that will make your stay peaceful and relaxing: Private patios off of each bedroom, beautifully landscaped gardens, cobblestone lighted walkways, garden fountains, tropical flowers, secret gardens and scenic views that attract wildlife like birds and deer.

Outdoor life is just as exciting as indoor life at Hidden Haven. Have fun touring the grounds and taking a walk down to the lake down the windy trail through the woods, there is so much to explore!

Hidden Haven provides a peaceful secluded feeling however it is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of many popular attractions and activities such as Margaritaville at Lanier Islands, Safe Harbor Hide Away Bay Marina, fishing, water parks, water sports, boating, antiquing, golfing, Target, coffee shops and the following highly recommended lakeside restaurants that will add to the atmosphere of vacation: Pig Tails, Twisted Oar, Fish Tails and Landshark Bar & Grill at Margaritaville.

This hidden gem comes equipped with the following to maximize the most of your stay:
3 kayaks (a double and 2 singles), 2 lay out rafts, 2 pool floats, an elliptical, work out ball, light free weights and propane for the grill! Feel free to bring your own fishing pole if you would like to fish!

There are 2 twin roll away mattresses with bedding available to guests (guests just need to notify the host if needed) The pool is not heated but there is a hot tub and there is no dock or lakeview from the house.

The stay was nice. Sam and Luann are great host. Though the Vrbo is under where they lice, we didn't notice them at all. Unless you see the truck in the drive way you don't know they're home. The pool and sauna are awesome. And even though we were by the lake, there were no bugs even in the yard.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Lanier lake property. My husband and I took advantage of all the amenities including the hot tub, pool, sauna, & kayaks. He brought his fishing poles & caught bass fish one morning. So fun!!! We also watched college football from their large screen tv on Saturday afternoon. Beds were comfy with plenty of towels & washcloths. Check in was seamless & well lit entrance for our DIL since she arrived late the first night. The owners left yummy snacks & coffee for us. To clarify, this qproperty is located in a nice subdivision & this VRBO is an actually in a day light basement with its own entrance. But it’s very private & we did not see the owners. We would definitely stay here again & absolutely recommend if you will be in the Flowery Branch area.

I don’t even know where to begin. This is the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed in. The location is great and very close to the lake. The pics are accurate. I love the way the space is laid out. It’s very light, modern, and clean. Love having the pool table. The hot tub and pool are very well maintained. Luann is a wonderful host and answered any questions I had promptly. We arrived to freshly cooked delicious brownies with a handwritten welcome note wishing me happy birthday. It was very unexpected and thoughtful. It is perfect for families - my 11 and 6 year old both loved the place. We have an Infant and they even provided a pack and play. There is plenty of linens and towels which was awesome. Loved the accessibility of the kitchen and washer/dryer as well. The landscaping is beautiful. I enjoyed watching so many butterflies and the blooming flowers while sitting in the hot tub and pool. Loved the fact the grill is poolside and enjoyed using it as well.

Simply a HIDDEN GEM. I HAVE RENTED MANY PROPERTIES, BUT THIS BY FAR THE BEST. OWners lLAUANN WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. HOMEMADE BROWIES WE WE ARRIVED, SPACE WAS CLEAN, INVITING AND FELT LIKE HOME. Beautiful property!

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for our long weekend trip at Lake Lanier. This property was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and tidy, and lots of activities at the house between the pool, hot tub, pool table, and lake! Property owners even left us a fresh batch of brownies along with a welcome note, which was much appreciated! We definitely plan on returning!

Perfect little getaway

I stayed at this property for a few days to reset and relax. The hosts were very kind and communicative when I reached out. Luann even left me a container of brownies and a handwritten note. They had all of the amenities and privacy I was looking for. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, basic needs (olive oil, spices, ice, coffee, sugar). The pool and outdoor areas are clean and absolutely beautiful. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby which made staying there even more convenient. I would absolutely come back!

great host

The good: The host is great with communication. The house was clean and pictured as described. We did not use the pool or hot tub or sauna as time did not allow us with our trip, but the pool looked clean. Plenty of clean fresh smelling towels and linens. Only a couple of dry pantry spices, but owner left some delicious brownies. So if planning on cooking buy or bring staples. Laundry was clean, but we went to dollar tree to buy detergent as there was only 1 pod to use. Bathroom and rooms were big, but if you are traveling with more than 2 people there is only 1 bathroom with the shower and toilet in same bathroom.Grounds are nice, however it is a HIKE to the lake access, down VERY steep/rocky/timber terrain. There was no way we could drag the kayaks down and back up trom this dirt path. Also if you do want to go in the lake, bring some sort of old tennis shoes or thick water shoes as the walk down and up is not for bare feet or flip flops/slides. In order to get in the water it is literally just walking into the lake off the bank, no actual gradual entry. So in this way we were very disappointed and will not recommend if looking for a house that has lake access. If you are just looking for a great house and host this is your place, if you are looking to enjoy the lake I would pass.

Wonderful retreat!

Classic Southern Hospitality!

I can not wait to go back to stay again at this Hidden Gem! So peaceful, quiet, and serene. I needed to relax and I found that here; just what I needed. Huge hot tub with lotsa jets, toasty sauna, sparkling clean swimming pool, just perfection. Comfy bed, silky sheets, puffy soft comforter; I slept so well. Fully stocked, modern kitchen had everything I required. Large screen TV with plenty of channels. One of my favorite things was to sit outside in the mornings at the patio table and watch the birds and butterflies, and admire the lovely landscaping and flowers. Hosts could not have been kinder or more welcoming, but they were also not intrusive. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for us. We used all of the amenities. It was absolutely gorgeous. There were butterflies and hummingbirds swirling around the beautiful flowers all over the yard. Cleanliness was perfect and hosts were great. 10 out of 10 seems like a low score for this one.
