« We had an amazing stay at this house in Cape Canaveral. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Kennedy Space Center, which is the main reason we chose this place. We had no neighbors during our stay, so we had the pool all to ourselves—it truly felt like a little paradise. This is a great place for families with small kids. « Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable. The kitchen was filthy with crumbs, dirty coffee, pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with smudges and sticky substance poured down the front. The bathroom sink was not clean. There was old toothpaste spit in the sink and handles for the faucet were dirty. There was a dead spider in the bathtub...

« Place is super cute but the dishwasher was leaking when we walked in. Called Rob and he accommodati g but they sent someone at 7:45 the next morning and we were sleeping; so they just ended up turning it off later that day but it kept leaking . Hot tub was a little dirty and barely warm »

« Outstanding ocean front property. This far exceeded my expectations. Beach front with easy walk to the beach and affordable chairs and umbrellas to rent. The on-site activities are great for teenagers.This property is super clean, well kept, and well stocked. The soaking tub in the primary bedroom was a huge plus.We hope to make this an annual trip and rebook soon for next year. »

« This property was very conveniently located for our trip, as we had family to visit in the surrounding cities. The unit is nicely appointed with all the conveniences of a full size kitchen, rain shower, couch, chairs, large screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Downtown Mt Dora is a five minute drive to the restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit was very clean and required us to do nothing other than to pile up our towels for check out. We would stay here again. »

« It had everything we needed, and more. It was very pet-friendly. The host was very polite and discreet. Clean and neat. The location cannot be more centric for shops and so on. And, it is a bargain. We wanted to stay lomger, but it was already booked! »
