Salty Dog were great hosts and very responsive; we chose to rent a second home for family that visited as we would have been cramped with 6 of us. Water heater worked fine but was beeping and showing maintenance wrench during our stay and the smoke detector started chirping luckily on our last day, but those things were pretty minor.
