GUEST ACCESS

The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment as well as access to the building's common areas, including the lobby, shared terrace and 24-hour laundry room.

Check-in is conducted in person by a member of staff.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00.

Guests may access the property from 12:00 to leave luggage, although the apartment may not yet be cleaned and ready before 15:00. Guests can return from 15:00 to complete check-in.

Late check-in is available with advance notice and an additional fee:

• 19:00–22:00: €60
• 22:01–02:00: €90
• After 02:00: only by prior request and authorisation

Check-out is by 10:30. Late check-out is generally unavailable; if requested and approved, the full nightly rate of the apartment applies.

After check-out, luggage can be stored inside the Palace from 09:00 to 17:00.

WELCOME KIT

A complimentary welcome kit is provided upon arrival, including bathroom products, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, waste collection bags and other essentials to help guests settle in.

The courtesy kit is supplied at the beginning of the stay and is not replenished as items are consumed.
